Effective Date: June 2, 2026

Welcome to dianadrive.com (the "Site" or "Services"), operated by diana drive music ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our intellectual property

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”).

Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws (and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws) and treaties in the United States and around the world.

This includes the proprietary DianaDrive2026 typeface, which is a custom brand asset of Diana Drive Music. The typeface may not be downloaded, extracted, copied, reproduced, or used in any form without express written consent from Diana Drive Music.

Your use of our Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Except as expressly permitted above, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content without our prior written permission.

User Content

When you submit information through our contact form or other features (including your name, email address, and messages), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that information solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and operating the Site. This is not a broad grant of rights — your personal messages remain your own.

You represent that any content you submit does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services (including YouTube, social media platforms, our merch store at store.dianadrive.com, and our VIP Fan List at fans.dianadrive.com). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, terms, or availability of any third-party sites or services.

Some third-party data (such as YouTube video thumbnails and Bandsintown tour data) is served via our own Cloudflare Workers and is not fetched directly by your browser from those providers. We link to YouTube using thumbnail images rather than embedded players. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party services you interact with.

Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time.

We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Site, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of the information on the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, diana drive music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
